Our Conference Centre is housed in the historic St. Isidor Mill and includes one breakaway room plus a stylish lounge where delegates meet for teas. Surrounded by peaceful flower filled gardens and situated on a large farming estate in the Ixopo district, King's Grant offers the perfect venue for a productive conference or any other special function you may wish to hold. Country hospitality and cuisine, together with attention to detail, will ensure a successful time spent at our unique venue.

Daily Rate per delegate R130.00
This includes:

*A two course cooked lunch - (Roast chicken, vegetables / salad or curry, sambals &
fruit salad plus fruit juice & rolls)
*Mints & chilled water will be supplied to delegates.

Conferences Fully inclusive
Monday to Thursday: R500.00 per person sharing. Single Supplement R55.00
Friday & Saturday: R550.00 per person sharing. Single Supplement R75.00

Please note: The venue hire will be wavered for the duration of your conference should you book all the guestrooms.
TERMS, CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
In order to confirm your reservation we require a 50% deposit with the balance being settled prior to arrival. Any additional costs incurred must be settled on departure. Please note that our cancellation policy is as follows:
0-7 Days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit
7-14 Days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit
14-21 Days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit
21-28 Days prior to arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit
Confirmation of numbers of delegates must be confirmed at least three days before the conference. Please inform us, in advance of the conference, of the times that you require the teas and lunch. Please note that in order to ensure that we provide you with meals of the highest standard, any alterations to scheduled lunch and dinner times must be made no later than the mid-morning tea break.
