DESCRIPTION:We’re thrilled to be hosting this Couples Retreat in February 2026 led by Counselling Pyschologist Dr Ursula Froschauer. \n Build a life of shared meaning together\nThis couples retreat is based on the seven principles of making marriage work by Dr John Gottman. It’s  focused on improving friendship\, deepening connection\, managing conflict constructively and building a lasting relationship. \nLEARN HOW TO: \n\nImprove friendship\nStrengthen Connection\nDeepen Intimacy\nManage conflict\n\nThe retreat takes place over the weekend\, arriving on Friday 27th Febuary 2026 and departing on Sunday 1st of March. Kings Grant is a 1 hour and 20 minute drive from Durban and is based near Ixopo in the lush Southern KZN Midlands. Other than strengthening your relationship\, you will also get to experience the unique Kings Grant Country Retreat that was built by Trappist monks in 1896 as a food supply farm.
