St ISIDORE’S RESTAURANT

An intimate 35-seater restaurant set in what was once the old red brick dairy. We’re open for breakfasts, teas, lunches and dinner. Enjoy our A- la-Carte menu that features many of the ‘favourites,’ and a “Specials Menu” that changes daily.

The St Isidore’s Restaurant adjoins a Tuscan style courtyard, the perfect place for a glass of wine and a Mezze platter or snack basket to share with your friends and family. To the other side, the restaurant overlooks the sweeping indigenous gardens, landscaped with aloes and other succulents that burst with colour and with a gentle stream that runs through it.

We enjoyed a scrumptious brunch, unhurried and relaxed in the restaurant which is simply stunning. The service is friendly and courteous. Afterwards we wandered through magnificent gardens and along cobblestones where the pages of a fascinating history turned at every corner. Our children rang the old church bell with great excitement and we tiptoed through the chapel and museum in awe. A real gem and welcome escape from the ‘real world’. A place of many happy returns…

On a sunny day, ditch the indoors and enjoy an Alfesco lunch. Be seated at one of our tables beneath the Paperbark tree. Or find a shady spot and order something from our picnic menu with an ice bucket of drinks.

Throw down a picnic blanket, lie back and enjoy! Bring your kids! We’ve got a kids menu with choices like Spaghetti Bolognaise, crispy coated Chicken strips and chips, milkshakes, pizza and our creamy butternut soup with dippy soldiers! They’ll love our toy box, the swings and a sandpit under a shady tree. And all the space for them to run around and explore!

St Isidore’s restaurant is a fully licensed restaurant. It caters for all your company functions, weddings, family reunions, birthdays and conferences. It’s more than just a regular restaurant experience. It’s a restaurant surrounded by old warm charm, history, grapevines and cobbled walkways. It’s a place to explore as well as to eat at!
