At the heart of Kings Grant Country Retreat is the quaint Saint Isidore Chapel – built by Trappist Monks in 1896, set amidst old farm buildings, rose gardens and cobbled paths. This is where wedding bells ring and where a marriage begins surrounded by your closest people on an old mission farm that resonates with tranquility, love and dedication.
Kings Grant has recently opened its doors for small and intimate farm weddings for up to 46 guests. Create your bespoke wedding day and choose one of our beautiful historic farm locations to say ‘I do.’ Choose the St Isidore Chapel to get married in or the secluded Brickfield that looks out onto the Brickfield dam. Enjoy a few glasses of sparkling wine and snacks in the St Isidore Mill Lounge with Baltic pine beams and wooden floors, followed by dinner in the Romanesque Dairy Banquet Hall or in the cosy Creamery Private dining room. This unique farm wedding venue is rustic and intimate with warm farm hospitality.
All catering is provided and made with love by our team of experienced chefs and drinks from our fully licensed venue.
We have 14 rooms at Kings Grant that can accommodate up to 34 people, with the inclusion of day beds and mattresses in some of the rooms. We also have 2 offsite self-catering apartments on the farm that can accommodate 7 more people.
We take bookings for weddings between the dates of the 20th of January to 15th December.
