    The Chaperone's Room.

    A simple thatched en suite rondavel with a kings sized bed or with twin beds, a shower and a verandah that looks out onto the gardens. This unit is closest to our reception and restaurant area. The room was originally designated as the ‘The Chaperone of women’s’ room.’ The role of the Chaperone was to guide, mentor and supervise the women who worked and lived on the farm.
